摘　　要：成熟分化的血管平滑肌细胞(vascular smooth muscle cells,VSMCs)受机体不同刺激时具有表型可塑性,VSMCs由分化型和收缩表型转化为去分化型的过程称之为表型转化。VSMCs表型转化在动脉粥样硬化、高血压、血管成型术后再狭窄、糖尿病血管病变等增殖性血管疾病中具有重要作用。本文主要介绍VSMCs表型转化影响因素及中药干预VSMC表型转化的研究进展,为中药防治增殖性血管疾病提供新思路。The fully differentiated vascular smooth muscle cells（ VSMC） exhibit the plasticity in phenotype switching from a differentiated and contractile phenotype to a dedifferentiated state in response to various stimuli,which is called phenotypic modulation. It has been well demonstrated that the phenotypic modulation of VSMC plays a central role in many proliferative vascular diseases,such as atherosclerosis,hypertension,restenosis after percutaneous transluminal angioplasty and diabetic vascular complications.This paper summarizes the influence factors of VSMC phenotypic modulation and the advance of traditional Chinese medicine intervention on VSMC phenotypic modulation,which may provide new ideas for preventing and treating proliferative vascular diseases with traditional Chinese medicines.
