玉屏风颗粒联合西药治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨慢性荨麻疹患者采用玉屏风颗粒与西药咪唑斯汀联合治疗的疗效。方法 60例慢性荨麻疹患者,随机分为联合用药组与对照组,各30例。联合用药组给予玉屏风颗粒与西药咪唑斯汀联合治疗;对照组给予单纯西药咪唑斯汀治疗。观察分析两组的治疗效果与不良反应发生情况。结果联合治疗组治疗总有效率96.7%优于对照组76.7%(χ2=9.24,P<0.05);两组均未发生不良反应。结论在慢性荨麻疹临床治疗中,将中药玉屏风颗料与西药咪唑斯汀联合使用,可取得更为理想的治疗效果,且安全性高,不会引发不良反应,可行性强,值得于临床上大力推广使用。Objective To investigate curative effect by Yupingfeng granules combined with Western medicine mizolastine in the treatment of chronic urticaria. Methods A total of 60 chronic urticaria patients were randomly divided into combined group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The combined group received Yupingfeng granules combined with Western medicine mizolastine, and the control group received mizolastine alone for treatment. Curative effects and incidence of adverse reactions were observed and analyzed in both groups. Results The combined group had better total effective rate as 96.7% than 76.7% of the control group（χ2=9.24, P0.05）. Both groups had no occurred adverse reactions. Conclusion Combination of Yupingfeng granules and Western medicine mizolastine in the treatment of chronic urticaria can provide ideal curative effect, along with high safety and no adverse reactions. This method contains strong feasibility, and it is worth widely clinical promotion and application.
