扶正排毒片对氢化可的松致免疫抑制小鼠外周血T淋巴细胞及免疫器官的影响

摘  要:目的:本研究通过观察扶正排毒片对免疫抑制小鼠血细胞免疫功能的影响以及免疫器官的病理变化,探讨其对免疫的调节作用。方法:采用皮下注射氢化可的松造动物免疫抑制模型。通过连续灌服不同剂量的扶正排毒片混悬液,观察扶正排毒片对实验动物外周血CD3+、CD4+、CD8+细胞水平、CD4+/CD8+比值的影响及动物胸腺、脾脏、小肠的病理改变。结果:与模型组比较,扶正排毒片高、中、低剂量组与香菇多糖组均能显著提高免疫抑制小鼠CD3+、CD4+细胞数量,促进CD4+/CD8+比值增高。结论:扶正排毒片可改善氢化可的松致免疫抑制模型小鼠的免疫功能。The goal of this study was to observe the impacts of Fuzheng Paidu tablets(FZPDT) on blood cell immune function and pathological changes in immune organs, and to elucidate the immune regulation activity and mechanism of FZPDT in immunosuppressive mice. In this study, immunosuppressive model were established by subcutaneous injection with hydrocortisone. Mice were administered by intragastric infusion with high-, middle- and low-dose of FZPDT solution. Then the contents of CD3^+, CD4^+, CD8^+ T cells and ratio of CD4^+ to CD8^+ of all experimental animals were detected, and pathological changes in thymus, spleen and small intestine were observed. It was found that CD3^+ and CD4^+ cell counts and the ratio of CD4^+ to CD8^+ were increased in all the three doses of FZPDT groups and the lentinan tablet group when compared with the model group, which suggested that FZPDT may improve blood cell immune function in hydrocortisone-induced immunosuppressive mice.
