摘 要:目的:本研究主要考察不同包煎方法提取对芪白平肺颗粒中的南葶苈子成分煎出的影响,优选最佳提取工艺。方法:以南葶苈子中槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖-7-O-β-D-龙胆双糖苷提取率与提取出膏率为主要评价指标,考察包煎前后及不同装样量对芪白平肺颗粒中南葶苈子提取的影响,并选用Box-Behnken响应面法考察提取时间、提取次数、溶剂倍数对南葶苈子药材中指标成分提取率的影响。结果:在中试生产规模下采用1/4装量进行药材包煎效果最佳,最佳提取工艺为:提取次数2次,提取时间2 h,提取溶剂倍数8倍。结论:芪白平肺颗粒中的南葶苈子采用包煎提取方法,能有效的提高药材中指标成分的提取率,该工艺合理、可行,为产业化生产提供理论依据。This study aimed to optimize the extraction technology through investigating effects of different wrapped-extraction methods of D. sophia of Qibai Pingfei Granule(QBPFG). Extraction percentage of quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucose- 7-O-β-D-gentiobio-siden and dry extraction ratio of D. sophia were taken as indexes, effects of D. sophia in QBPFG were evaluated before and after wrapped-extraction. Moreover, extraction time, frequency and volume of Descurainia sophia extraction were also investigated. Then the optimum wrapped-extraction technology was detected via response surface methodology. It was found that the wrapped-extraction showed higher extraction percentage and dry extraction radio when the volume of Descurainia sophia was determined as 1/4 packing bag. The optimum parameters were as follows: extracting for two times, extraction time of 2 h and eight times solvent. In conclusion, it was confirmed that the optimum wrapped extraction method provided higher extraction percentage of maker compounds in medical materials, which was reasonable and feasible and provided reliable basis for industrial production.
