摘　　要：目的:本研究通过观察刺五加注射液联合用药对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期肺肾气虚证的临床疗效,评价刺五加注射液在慢性阻塞性肺疾病整体治疗中的价值及意义。方法:采用随机对照方法将107例慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期肺肾气虚证患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组54例在西药常规治疗的基础上加用刺五加注射液中西医结合治疗,对照组53例采用西药常规治疗,最后,比较两组之间的差异性。结果:检测治疗组在临床症状评分、肺功能、血浆内皮素-1/一氧化氮、血气分析的改善与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义。结论:刺五加注射液与西药联用,能明显提高慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期肺肾气虚证患者临床疗效。This study was aimed to evaluate the value and significance of acanthopanax senticosus injection in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD） through the observation of acanthopanax senticosus injection combined with medication on the clinical stability of COPD with the lung and kidney qi deficiency syndrome. A total of 107 cases of stable COPD with the lung and kidney qi deficiency syndrome were divided into the treatment group and the control group. In the treatment group, 54 cases received conventional treatment of modern medicine plus acanthopanax senticosus injection. In the control group, 53 cases received conventional treatment of modern medicine. Finally, the differences between two groups were compared. The results showed that compared to the control group, the treatment group had statistical differences on the clinical symptoms score, lung function, ET-1/NO, and blood gas analysis. It was concluded that the acanthopanax senticosus injection combined with conventional modern medicine can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of COPD in patients at stable stage with the lung and kidney qi deficiency syndrome.
