摘 要:为了克服我国玉米自交系由于遗传基础狭窄所带来的对病虫害和逆境表现出的脆弱性以及难以获得突破性新自交系和新品种问题,文章着重陈述了玉米育种过程中种质资源的创新和利用,结合已有的育种经验,针对"难在选系,重在组配"的玉米育种工作,阐述了玉米自交系选育过程中种质来源途径、创新手段和优良自交系选育的途径和方法,并介绍了如何通过农艺性状和配合力的筛选来获得优良的自交系。in order to overcome the issue of difficult breakthrough new variety of inbred lines in maize,plant diseases and insect pests and vulnerability of adversity due to the narrow genetic basis, this paper states the innovation and utilization for germplasm resources during of maize breeding, combined with existing breeding experience, expounds the process of germplasm origin for inbred lines in maize breeding, innovation means and approaches and methods for excellent inbred lines in breeding, and introduces how to obtain excellent inbred lines through screening of the agronomic performance and combining ability.
