摘　　要：简单介绍了啮合型密炼机混炼机理和啮合型转子结构。介绍了啮合型转子的装配过程,以及转子和混炼室、上顶栓、下顶栓间隙对混炼胶的作用。着重介绍了转子端面和耐磨板之间的端面间隙、转子和转子间隙在安装过程中如何调节保证最小间隙。并简单介绍了密炼机装配间隙调节的发展趋势。Mesh type mixer mixing mechanism and rotor structure were introduced.How to ensure the minimum clearance between the rotor end face and wear-resistant plate,rotor and rotor clearance during the installation process were mainly introduced.And simply introduces the development trend of the mixer assembly clearance adjustment.
