舒郁汤治疗围绝经期抑郁症30例

摘　　要：目的:观察舒郁汤治疗女性围绝经期抑郁症的临床疗效。方法:选取围绝经期抑郁症患者60例,采用分层随机抽样法分为治疗组30例、对照组30例,治疗组采用自拟方舒郁汤治疗,对照组口服谷维素和维生素B_1治疗,治疗8周后,比较两组汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分,检测两组血清雌二醇(E_2)、促卵泡成熟素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)水平。结果 :治疗后治疗组HAMD评分低于对照组(P<0.05)、E_2水平高于对照组(P<0.05);两组FSH、LH水平都有所降低,但治疗组水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率96.67%,优于对照组的66.67%(P<0.05)。结论:舒郁汤治疗围绝经期抑郁症疗效显著。Objective：To observe the therapeutic effects of Shuyu decoction in treating perimenopausal de- pression. Methods：Total 60 patients were divided into 2 groups according to stratified sampling method：the treatment group（30 cases） received Shuyu decoction,the control group（30 cases） was given oryzanol and Vitamin B1. After 8 weeks of treatment,Hamilton depression scale（HAMD） scores of the two groups were compared and estradiol （E2）, follicle stimulating hormone （FSH）, luteinizing hormone （LH） were detected. Re- sults：After treatment,HAMD scores in the treatment group were lowered compared with those in the control group（P〈0.05） and the level of E2 in the treatment higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. The levels of FSH and LH in the two groups both lowered（P〈0.05） and the treatment group was more significantly（P〈0.05）. The total effective rate was 96.67% in the treatment group and 66.67% in the control group,the difference being significant between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Shuyu decoction was effective in treating peri- menopausal depression.
