摘　　要：探讨国医大师朱良春以"培补肾阳治其本,虫药活血治其标"法论治心系疾病的渊源、组方规律、用药特点,并对其临床经验进行总结。通过跟师学习,研读导师出版的书籍及文献,整理、分析、总结导师病案,归纳、提炼导师治疗心系疾病的学术特点。导师认为"肾中真阳"是人体生命活动的原动力,心系疾病病机多为心肾阳虚为本,瘀血内停为标,提出"培补肾阳治其本,虫药活血治其标"是治疗心系疾病的基本法则。对常用药物的临床运用经验进行了阐述。This paper investigated and summarized the origin,prescription rules and characteristics ot trot. ZHU Liangchun＇s experiences in treating heart diseases with reinforcing the kidney Yang and promoting blood circulation by insect drugs. Through the clinical learning,reference on the published books and arti- cles,we collected,analyzed and summarized tutor＇s academic characteristics in treating heart diseases. ZHU Liangchun believes that kidney Yang is the motive power of human activities. The pathogeneses of heart diseases include the kidney and heart Yang deficiency as the root,internal blood stasis as the branch. The basic principles in treating heart diseases are reinforcing the kidney Yang and promoting blood circulation by insect drugs with obvious curative effects.
