败毒清热方联合米诺环素治疗急性牙周脓肿疗效研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨自拟败毒清热方联合米诺环素治疗急性牙周脓肿的临床效果。方法 :选取我院近期收治的急性牙周脓肿患者160例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各80例,对照组采用米诺环素治疗,观察组患者则在对照组治疗基础上加用败毒清热方辅助治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效,并观察治疗前后症状积分、牙探诊深度(PD)、临床附着丧失(CAL)、探诊出血点数(BOP)指标变化。结果:观察组患者临床疗效显著优于治疗前和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后症状积分水平显著优于治疗前和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后PD、CAL及BOP指标改善均显著优于治疗前和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自拟败毒清热方联合米诺环素治疗急性牙周脓肿可有效减轻临床症状体征,改善牙周相关指标。Objective ：To investigate the clinical effects of self-made Baidu Qingre prescription combined with m inocycline in the treatment of acute periodontal abscess. Methods：Total 160 patients with acute periodontal abscess were selected in the recent years in our hospital and randomly divided into two groups including the control group（80 patients） with minocycline used alone and the observation group（80 patients） with self-made Baidu Qingre prescription on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy,symptom scores and levels of periodontal probing depth（PD）,clinical attachment loss（CAL） and bleeding on probing points （BOP） before and after treatment of both groups were compared. Results：The clinical efficacy of the obser- vation group was significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）. The symptom scores after treatment of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group and before treatment（P〈0.05）. The levels of PD, CAL and BOP after treatment of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group and before treatment（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Self-made Baidu Qingre prescription com- bined with minocycline in the treatment of acute periodontal abscess can efficiently reduce the degree of clinical svmDtoms and signs and imnrove the oeriodontal index.
