围绝经期妇女背部督脉红外热图特征研究

摘　　要：目的：探索围绝经期妇女背部督脉红外热图的特征。方法：选取20岁及以上的269例女性志愿者,采集其背部督脉红外热图,按年龄分成A、B、C 3组,A组为绝经前整个生理期组,20~44岁妇女67例;B组为围绝经期组,45~55岁妇女112例;C组为绝经后期组,56岁及以上妇女90例。分别对背部督脉温度最高值、最低值以及平均值进行统计学分析。结果：温度最高值比较,A组高于B组、B组低于C组,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,A组与C组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。3组温度最低值比较,两两之间差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。3组温度平均值比较,A组高于B组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,A、B组与C组比较,差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：妇女背部大椎穴至长强穴段督脉红外热图在温度表现上围绝经期整体要低于绝经前整个生理期以及绝经后期。Objective： To investigate the characteristics of infrared thermal images of governing vessel in the back of perimenopausal women. Methods： A total of 269 female volunteers over 20 years old were selected,and their infrared thermal images of governing vessel in the back were collected. The volunteers were divided into groups A,B and C according to their ages,with group A involving 67 premenopausal women aged from 20 to 44,group B involving 112 perimenopausal women aged from 45 to 55,and group C involving 90 postmenopausal women aged above 56. The maximum,minimum,and average temperatures of the governing vessel in the back were statistically analyzed. Results： Group A had a significantly higher maximum temperature than group B,and group B had a significantly lower maximum temperature than group C（ P〈0. 05）; there was no significant difference in the maximum temperature between group A and group C（ P〉0. 05）. The pairwise comparisons of minimum temperature between the three groups all showed no significant differences（ P〉0. 05）. Group A had a significantly higher average temperature than group B（ P〈0. 05）; there were no significant differences in the average temperature between group A and group C and between group B and group C（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion： Perimenopausal women have lower temperature than premenopausal and postmenopausal women on infrared thermal images of the governing vessel from Dazhui point to Changqiang point in the back.
