摘　　要：目的:观察理肠止痛贴脐膏联合中药口服及烫熨治疗功能性腹痛综合征的临床疗效。方法:将104例功能性腹痛综合征患者随机分为治疗组53例和对照组51例,治疗组采用理肠止痛贴脐膏联合中药口服及中药大封包烫熨治疗,对照组采用口服谷维素与中药汤剂治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组为86.8%,对照组为72.5%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后疼痛积分治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:理肠止痛贴脐膏联合中药口服及中药大封包烫熨治疗功能性腹痛综合征疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Lichang Zhitong Tieqi plaster combined with Chinese medicine ironing in the treatment of functional abdominal pain syndrome. Methods：A total of 104 patients with func-tional abdominal pain syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group（ n = 53） and control group（ n = 51）.The treatment group was treated with Lichang Zhitong Tieqi plaster combined with oral Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine packet ironing,while the control group was treated with oral oryzanol and Chinese medicine decoction. The treatment outcome was compared between the two groups. Results： The overall response rate was 86. 8% in the treatment group versus 72. 5% in the control group,which was significantly different between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. After the treatment,the pain score of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Lichang Zhitong Tieqi plaster combined with oral Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine packet ironing is effective in the treatment of functional abdominal pain syndrome.
