胆舒胶囊抗炎镇痛作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究胆舒胶囊的抗炎镇痛作用。方法:通过二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀实验、角叉菜胶致大鼠足肿胀实验和小鼠醋酸扭体实验观察胆舒胶囊的抗炎镇痛作用。结果:低剂量胆舒胶囊可明显降低二甲苯致小鼠耳片肿胀度;高、中剂量胆舒胶囊可明显降低角叉菜胶致大鼠足肿胀度;胆舒胶囊中、低剂量可明显降低醋酸致小鼠扭体反应次数。结论:胆舒胶囊具有明显的抗炎镇痛作用,其镇痛作用表现出随剂量减少效果越好,而消炎作用表现出相反结果。Objective： To investigate the anti- inflammatory and analgesic effects of Danshu capsules. Methods：The anti- inflammatory and analgesic effects of Danshu capsules were investigated by dimethylbenzene- induced ear edema test in mice,carrageenin- induced foot edema test in rats,and acetic acid- induced writhing test in mice. Results： The low- dose Danshu capsules significantly reduced dimethylbenzene- induced ear edema in mice. The high- and medium- dose Danshu capsules significantly reduced carrageenin- induced foot edema in rats. The medium- and low- dose Danshu capsules significantly reduced the time of acetic acid- induced writhing reaction in mice. Conclusion： Danshu capsules have significant anti- inflammatory and analgesic effects; its analgesic effect becomes better with a reduced dose,while its anti- inflammatory effect has opposite results.
