全方位护理干预对妊娠糖尿病患者孕期的影响

摘　　要：目的探析全方位护理干预对妊娠糖尿病患者孕期的影响。方法将126例妊娠糖尿病患者随机分为对照组和观察组各63例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组则采用全方位护理干预措施。结果对照组新生儿中有22例发生并发症,而观察组有6例发生并发症,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组的血糖水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后观察组的焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组婴儿健康状况显著优于对照组(P<0.05);所有患者产后无伤口感染。结论对妊娠糖尿病患者实施全方位护理干预,可有效改善孕产妇和新生儿的生命质量。Objective To explore the effect of all-round nursing intervention on pregnancy of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 126 patients with gestational diabetes were randomly divided into control group and observation group,63 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing,while the observation group was treated with all-round nursing.Results In the control group,22 neonates had complications,and 6 neonates had complications in the observation group,and there was significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment and nursing,the blood glucose level,the SAS and SDS score and health condition of neonates in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. No patients had postpartum wound infection. Conclusion Implementation of all-round nursing for patients with gestational diabetes can effectively improve the quality of life of puerperas and neonates.
