摘　　要：当前,新建本科院校实现了较大的发展,具体表现为:高等教育体系已基本形成,内涵式发展进入了实质性阶段,高等教育竞争日趋激烈,高等教育市场化倾向日益明显。新建本科院校要实现科学发展,必须增强定位意识,积极主动地合理定位;在学科专业发展方面,以服务区域经济文化发展为导向;在人才培养目标上,突出应用性,在人才培养方式上,突出实践性。Newly-buih universities have achieved great progress. Higher education system is basically formed, connotative development enters a substantial stage, competition gradually becomes more fierce as well as marketization orientation is more obvious. If newly-built universities intend to obtain sustainable development, three aspects must be successfully realized. The first aspect is that we must strengthen orientation awareness, and initiatively locate reasonable orientation. Second, the orientation of disciplinary development must serve regional economic development. Finally, we must highlight application skills in talent cultivation objective and practical technique in talent cultivation modal.
