摘　　要：文章分析了我国船舶工业的特征、市场定位以及近十多年的发展情况，针对船舶工业产能过剩的成因，提出了落实“去产能”／“转型升级”的措施建议。This paper analyzed features, market orientation of Chinese shipping industry over past ten years. Based on the analysis, we can work out how the overcapacity happened. Decapacity, transformation and upgrading is supposed to solve this problem.
