宋铁玎益气健脾、泻热通便治疗小儿功能性便秘

摘　　要：宋铁玎教授认为气机不畅,传化失职是小儿功能性便秘的主要病机,素体阳虚,或饮食不节,损伤脾阳,脾伤气结,导致腑气郁滞,通降失常,日久郁而生热,伤津耗液,致大便干结难下。治疗以益气健脾,泻热通便为主,兼滋阴润肠。根据患儿具体情况,选定方药和剂量,辨证论治,因人而异,从根本上改善患儿体质,防止复发。Professor SONG Tieding thinks the air is not smooth, and dereliction of duty is the main pathogenesis of functional constipation in children,the innate deficiency of Yang in the body, or improper diet, damage the spleen Yang, spleen Qi stagnation injury, cause of Fuqi, Pass down,and then Yu and heat, damage fluid for long time, causing dry stool difficult. Treatment with invigorating Qi and strengthening spleen, purgating heat and bowels the main, and nourishing Yin and moistening intestines. According to the specific situation of children, selecting prescription and dosage, syndrome differentiation and treatment, vary with each individual, improving the physical health of children fundamentally, to prevent recurrence.
