田素琴从肺与大肠辨治痤疮

摘　　要：田素琴教授认为痤疮与肺关系密切,肺失宣降,气滞、血瘀、痰湿等内滞于血络,外郁于肌肤,发为痤疮。提出"祛邪为主,内外合治,标本兼顾"原则,分二型辨治,肺经风热,疏风清肺,解毒消痤,枇杷清肺饮;痰瘀结聚,活血化瘀,化痰散结,海藻玉壶汤合桃红四物汤;灵活组方遣药配伍,不拘泥于一方一法,注重病位传变、药物归经;强调大肠与痤疮关系密切,擅用清肺润肺、佐以小量润肠通便药(枇杷叶、苦杏仁、大黄等),使浊气下行,通过大便排出体外,肺气得以宣降。Professor TIAN Suqin believes acne is closely related with the lung, impairment of dispersing and descending function of the lung generated Qi stagnation, blood stasis, phlegm pathological factors blocking meridian and blood, performance on the skin for acne. Put forward the ＂dispel pathological factors, pay attention to both internal and external treatment, specimen consideration＂ as principle of treatment. Divided two types. To lung by wind-heat type, we can dispel wind-heat,removing stasis, using Pipa Qingfei decoction; To accumulation of phlegm-heat and blood stasis type, we can take blood circulation,expectorant, removing stasis method, using Haizao Yuhu decoction and Taohong Siwu decoction. Prescription compatibility flexible, pay attention to drug effect in channels, disease location transmission, emphasis on the relationship between the large intestine and acne, good at use herb which of clearing away the lung-heat and moistening lung,with Herbal medicine can relaxing bowel, （loquat leaf, bitter alomnd and rheum officinale,ect） Let turbid Qi run down, excreted by stool, Then, the lung Qi can descending and dispersing normel.
