摘　　要：李小娟教授灵活掌握八纲、脏腑、三焦等多种辨证方法,提出"靶向辨证"的独特辨证思维,含辨靶和辨向,"辨靶"即为"定位",是第一步,举足轻重,清楚病位,因证立法;"定位"即定靶,根据患病特点(发病时间、症状特点、发病部位、体征等),确定病变位置;"辨向"包含"定性"和"定向",是第二步,有利于确立辨证分型,且关系到治疗方法,亦不可或缺;"定性"是根据疾病证候特点及发病情况,决定疾病性质,即确定疾病阴阳、气血、寒热、虚实、风寒暑湿燥火毒等;"定向"即确定疾病治疗原则、选方用药方向。将多种辨证方法灵活蕴藏于靶向辨证,整合四诊资料,准确把握病因、病机、病位等,简便易行,为治疗精准定位,事半功倍。明确疾病现阶段"定位""定性""定向",还要了解疾病成因、正邪强弱、病程久暂、疾病转归,才能提高疗效。LI Xiaojuan, a professor at mastering a variety of methods of syndrome differentiation,such as the eight principal syndrome differentiation, the viscera syndrome differentiation, and the triple energizer syndrome differentiation, put forward the unique dialectical thinking of ＂targeted＂ syndrome differentiation,including target differentiation and sense. ＂Distinguishes the target＂ is the ＂localization＂ , is the first step,significant, clear disease, because of the legislation; ＂Localization＂ is a target, according to the disease characteristics （onset time,symptoms characteristic, high risk, signs, etc.）, determine the lesion position; ＂Sense＂ contains ＂qualitative＂ and ＂targeted＂ , is the second, to establish syndrome classification, and relates to the treatment, are indispensable. ＂Qualitative＂ is based on the characteristics of disease syndrome and incidence, decided to nature of the disease, the disease of Yin and Yang, Qi and blood, heat and cold, deficiency and excess, wind,cold, heat, dampness, dryness and fire, etc.; ＂Targeted＂ determine disease treatment principle, choose the direction. Targeted to a variety of flexible methods of syndrome differentiation lies in syndrome differentiation and integration of the four diagnostic information,accurately grasp the etiology, pathogenesis, disease, etc., easy, accurate positioning for treatment, get twice the result with half the effort. Clear disease at this stage ＂localization＂ ＂qualitative orientation＂ , to know more about the disease cause, strength, duration, duration of disease outcome, good and evil can improve curative effect.
