摘　　要：张忠辉教授认为饮食不节、嗜食膏粱厚味、饥饱无常、不良作息日久、嗜好烟酒、思虑劳倦太过等导致脾胃受伤、运化失司,水湿运化无权,水湿内停,凝聚成痰。痰浊,瘀血关系密切,有着共同来源,互为因果,相互作用,发为冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病。张师认为生活节奏加快、生活压力增大等都与痰瘀息息相关。提出"痰瘀同治,治痰必治瘀,瘀去则痰易化,治瘀必治痰,痰化则瘀易除"的独到观点,根据临床表现,辨证论治,予以清热化痰、活血通络,通阳祛痰、活血化瘀,行气活血、通络化,益气活血、化痰通络,益气养阴、祛痰化瘀,以温阳宣痹,活血化痰。强调注意预防调护,调摄精神,避免情绪波动,保持心情平情、愉快;注意生活起居,寒温适宜;饮食调节宜清淡低盐,食勿过饱,多吃水果及富含维生素食物,保持大便通畅,禁烟限酒等。Professor ZHANG Zhonghui thinks that the improper diet,eat rich food delicious,full of hunger impermanence bad rest time,too tired about tobacco and alcohol addiction,as a result of the spleen and stomach injuries,loss of transportation of our water, moisture transport of the right, internal retention of water, condensed into phlegm.Phlegm,blood stasis are closely related, have a common origin reciprocal causation,interaction, hair, coronary atherosclerotic heart disease.ZHANG thinks that the accelerated pace of life, life pressure is closely related with phlegm and blood stasis.Put forward the ＂phlegm and blood stasis,phlegm stasis stasis to Bristol, phlegm to treat phlegm, blood stasis will,phlegm, blood stasis is easy except＂ unique point of view, according to the clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment, to heat phlegm, promoting blood circulation, Yang phlegm, blood stasis, Qi and blood, meridians,Qi and blood, phlegm meridians, Qi and nourishing Yin, removing phlegm and blood stasis, warm Yangxuan rheumatism, activating blood circulation and resolving phlegm.Emphasizing the prevention nursing, mental adjustment, avoid mood swings, to keep the mood calm feeling, happy; attention to daily life, suitable for cold temperature; regulation of diet should be light, low salt, do not eat too full,eat more fruit and vitamin rich food, maintain defecate unobstructed,smoking alcohol limit.
