瘰疬消湿敷治疗颈部淋巴结肿大20例临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察瘰疬消湿敷治疗颈部淋巴结肿大疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计方法,对20例住院及门诊患者使用瘰疬消肉桂60g,天南星80g,牙皂20,樟脑2g,阿魏10g,共研细末,适量凡士林调成软膏后制成药贴,凡士林药粉比例8:2,分15贴),外敷肿块处,1次/d。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、肿块大小、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]临床治愈2例,显效6例,有效9例,无效3例,总有效率85.00%。[结论]瘰疬消湿敷治疗颈部淋巴结肿大,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective] To observe the scrofulous eliminate cervical lymphadenopathy wet treatment efficacy.[Method] Using a prospective design methods, after 20 cases of inpatient and outpatient use scrofula cinnamon 60g,araceae 80g, 20 tooth soap,camphor 2g,ferulic 10g,joint research to fine,the amount Vaseline ointment made medicine paste,powder Vaseline ratio 8：2,15 points）,and topical mass at 1. times/d. 14d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,tumor size,adverse reactions.One course of treatment, to determine efficacy.[Results] Two cases of clinical cure,effective in 6 cases,effective in 9 cases,3 cases, the total efficiency of 85.00%.[Conclusion]Scrofula eliminate wet treatment of cervical lymph nodes,results were satisfactory,no serious adverse reactions,should be promoted.
