摘　　要："开鬼门,洁净府"是中医治疗水肿的经典之法。通过宣肺发汗,通利小便,停留于体的水分,能随汗排出或从小便排出。张仲景提出了"腰以上肿当发汗,腰以下肿当利小便"的具体准则。慢性肾功能衰竭本为脾肾虚衰,浊毒潴留,属水肿范畴。遵循开鬼门,洁净府这一准则,辨证施治时灵活运用宣肺发汗、通利小便及通腹泻浊等方法,使肺气升降正常,三焦气机通顺,邪毒排出体外。＂Kaiguimen and Jiejingfu＂ is a clinical method in Chinese medicinal treating .By opening the inhibited lung-energy, sweating,diuretic, water stagnated in the body can be excreted by sweat or urine. Zhang zhongjing put forward specific criteria of ＂sweating when swollen above waist and dieresis when swollen below waist＂ .Chronic renal failure is essential to the function failure of spleen and kidney,toxic retention,which belongs to the edema.Complying roles of ＂Kaiguimen and Jiejingfu＂ , treating diseases flexibly with the method of diaphoresis, diuretic and purgation, make the function of dispersion purification and descent of lung normal, the triple burner be smooth and the toxic be excreted.
