肾益康胶囊联合西药治疗脾肾亏虚型慢性肾小球肾炎随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察肾益康胶囊联合西药治疗脾肾亏虚型慢性肾小球肾炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例住院患者按病志号抽签方法简单随机分两组。对照组50例贝那普利,10mg/d,2次/d;雷公藤多苷,20mg/次,3次/d。治疗组50例肾益康胶囊,2~5粒/次,3次/d;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗3个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、24h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐、谷丙转氨酶、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]临床疗效治疗组优于对照组（P〈0.05）。生化指标两组均有改善（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）,治疗组改善优于对照组（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）。[结论]肾益康胶囊联合西药治疗脾肾亏虚型慢性肾小球肾炎,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective] To observe the renal merchant capsule combined western medicine treatment of spleen and kidney deficiency type of chronic glomerulonephritis. [Methods] Using random parallel control method, 100 cases of hospitalized patients by pathography number the draw method is simple and randomly divided into two groups. Control group of 50 cases of shellfish that split, 10mg/d, 2 times/d; Tripterygium wilfordii glycosides, 20rag/time, 3times/d. Treatment group （50 cases of renal merchant capsule, 2-5/time, 3times/d; Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment for 3 months for 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, 24 h urinary protein, serum creatinine, cereal third transaminase, quantitative adverse reactions. As a course treatment, judge curative effect. [Results] The clinical efficacy of the treatment group is better than that of control group （P〈O.05）. Biochemical indexes in the two groups were improved （P 〈0.05,P〈0.01）, the treatment group improved better than that of control group （P〈O.OS,P〈O.O1）. [Conclusion] The spleen and kidney deficiency type of chronic glomerulonephritis, curative effect is satisfied, no serious adverse reactions, worthy of promotion.
