摘　　要：白纹伊蚊(Aedes albopictus)是重要的病媒生物,分布范围广、危害大,不仅能传播登革病毒,还能传播基孔肯雅病毒、黄热病毒、西部马脑炎病毒等。不同地理区域的白纹伊蚊,其生物学特性及对疾病的易感性和传播能力有一定的差异,出现一定的遗传多样性。本文就白纹伊蚊的分布、对登革病毒的易感性及遗传多样性进行综述。Aedes albopictus is an important medical vector,it can transmit a variety of virus,such as dengue virus,chikungunya virus,yellow fever virus,western equine encephalitis virus and so on. It is distributed widely and harmful. Biological characteristic is vary with different geographic distribution,the same as the susceptibility and transmissibility of the disease,resulting in some genetic diversity. In this paper,it is reviewed as follows：the distribution of Aedes albopictus,the susceptibility to dengue virus and its genetic diversity.
