摘 要:目的探讨翻转课堂在初级生命支持教学中的应用效果。方法将72名护理专业大学三年级学生随机分为两组,每组36名,在初级生命支持和环境及理化因素损伤的教学中,试验组采用翻转课堂教学,对照组采用传统教学。比较两组学生对理论知识掌握情况,并用问卷调查试验组对翻转课堂教学的评价。结果试验组理论考核成绩高于对照组(t=6.804,P<0.001);试验组大部分学生认为翻转课堂对巩固基础知识、提高实践操作能力、分析和解决问题的能力、激发学习兴趣等方面有帮助。结论翻转课堂应用于初级生命支持课程中,可促进教学活动的多样化,提高学生的综合能力。Objective To evaluate the effects of flipped classroom applied in primary life support education.Methods Seventy-two third-year undergraduate nursing students were randomly divided into two groups,36 cases in each group. Traditional teaching method and flipped classroom teaching method was applied in primary life support course in the control group and the experimental group,respectively. The outcomes were evaluated by using theory test and questionnaire investigation on students' evaluation. Results The students' theory test score in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(t=6.804,P〈0.001). Most of students in the experimental group reported that the flipped classroom could consolidate the basic knowledge,improve practical ability,enhance problem-analysis and problem-solving skills,and motivate learning interest. Conclusion The application of flipped classroom in primary life support education can promote the diversification of teaching activities,improve students' comprehensive abilities.
