摘　　要：知识产权在经济社会发展中的地位和作用日益突出,既是决定一国发展进程的战略性资源和核心要素,也是推动自主创新、建设创新型国家的重要支撑。以知识产权制度为载体的创新驱动发展战略已确立为国家战略。在创新驱动发展的视域中,基于对甘肃社情和省情的考量,从制定目标、确立重点、界定专项任务、落实保障措施以及加强组织领导等维度实施甘肃省知识产权战略,探索具有甘肃特点的知识产权强省之路。The status and function of intellectual property in the development of economy and society are becoming increasingly prominent.Intellectual property not only determined the strategic resources and the core elements of a country＇s development process,but also is an important support to promote independent innovation and build an innovative nation.The innovation-driven development strategy based on the intellectual property system has been established as a national strategy.In view of innovation-driven development,the implementation of intellectual property strategy in Gansu Province and exploration of the intellectual property road with the characteristics of the Gansu Province will be based on the consideration of Gansu social conditions and situation in the province,ranging from setting goals,establishing the key,defining special tasks,implementation of security measures and strengthening the organizational leadership.
