摘　　要：本文介绍了一种新的取代苯甲脒盐酸盐类化合物的合成方法。由取代苯甲腈类化合物在甲醇的酸性介质中发生醇解反应,经过中和、氯化铵氨化得到取代苯甲脒盐酸盐类化合物。总收率在98%左右,产品成本降低。A novel method of synthesis for substituted benzamidine hydrochloride compounds was presented. The substituted benzamidine hydrochlorides were synthesized from substituted benzonitriles in acidic methanol medium by alcoholysis reaction,then,by neutralization with sodium methoxide,and by ammoniation with ammonium chloride. The overall yield was 98%,and cost of product was reduced.
