摘 要:用本实验室提供的5种不同粒径梯度的纳米银(12、23、37、50、66nm)作为研究对象,选择大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌为细菌的代表,运用平板稀释法评价这5种不同粒径纳米银对细菌的抗菌性能。通过不同粒径纳米银与细菌最小抑菌浓度的关系,从而研究纳米银粒径与抗细菌性能之间的规律。研究结果表明:纳米银并非粒径越小抗菌性越好,不同粒径的纳米银的抗细菌性是有规律的,在本研究的纳米银粒径范围内,37nm的纳米银抗大肠杆菌的效果最好,23nm的纳米银抗金黄色葡萄球菌的效果最好,低于或高于此粒径范围的抗菌性都会明显降低。Nano -sliver with five different sizes( 12,23,37,50,66nm) was used as an antibacterial material to study the rela- tionship between the particle size of nano - sliver and the antibacterial properties to bacteria. Escherichia coli and Staphylococus aureus were chose as representatives of the bacteria. The antibacterial properties of bacteria with five different size of nano - silver were evaluated through the plate dilution method. In order to explore the ralationship between the particle size of nano - sliver and antibacterial properties, comparsion was held between the size of nano - silver and the minimum inhibition concentration. Results show that it is not the smaller or the bigger particle size of nano - silver having a better antibacterial property. In the size range of this study, the particle size of 37nm nano - sliver has the most excellent antibacterial properties to Escherichia coli and 23nm nano - sliver has the most excellent antibacterial perperties to Staphylococus aureus. This result may provide a reference to the prepara- tion of stronger targeted nano - sliver antibacterial agent.
