摘 要:回顾了水性聚氨酯复鞣剂的发展历程,并简述了聚氨酯的结构及合成路线。把水性聚氨酯复鞣剂分为阴离子型、阳离子型、两性离子型和非离子型,并对相应的合成方法、改性研究进行了系统的概述。同时介绍了聚氨酯复鞣剂与皮胶原相互作用机理的研究状况,最后对水性聚氨酯复鞣剂的发展趋势进行了展望,指出在传统水性聚氨酯上引入功能性基团进行改性,开发和研制多性能复合型聚氨酯树脂复鞣剂,将是今后聚氨酯树脂复鞣剂的一个重要发展方向。The development of aqueous polyurethane retanning agent in leather industry was reviewed, and the synthetic route and structure of polyurethane were introduced. Aqueous polyurethane retanning agents were divided into anionic, cationic, ampho- teric ionic and non - ionic class, and the corresponding synthetic methods and studies on modification of aqueous polyurethane ret- anning agent were discussed. Meanwhile, the interaction mechanism between aqueous polyurethane retanning agent and skin colla- gen was also discussed. At last, the potential development in the research was prospected that traditional aqueous polyurethane can be modified with functional groups to develop muhifunctional complex aqueous polyurethane retanning agents, which will be an im- portant development direction for aqueous polyurethane retanning agent in the future.
