摘  要:介绍了国内外六价铬的标准法规现状以及差距,分析了皮革中六价铬的来源,并归纳总结了导致六价铬形成的主要影响因素。依据QB/T 2880-2007《儿童皮鞋》,对100双儿童皮鞋鞋面皮革和内垫皮革进行六价铬含量的检测分析。结果表明,内垫皮革和鞋面皮革中的六价铬检出率、不合格率分别为9%、7%和4%、1%,其中内垫皮革中六价铬的检出率和不合格率较高。针对试验结果,重点分析了2种童鞋材料中六价铬残留量的成因,即染色和涂饰处理降低鞋面革六价铬残留风险以及加脂增加鞋类革六价铬残留风险,并提出相应改进的办法。Domestic and foreign standards about chromium( VI ) as well as the disparity were introduced. The cause of chromi- um( VI ) in leather and the influencing factors were analized. On the basis of standard QB/T 2880 - 2007 children's leather shoes, the amount of chromium( VI )were determined in 100 children's leather Shoes. The results show that the detection rate and fraction defective of chromium( V[ ) in insole and upper leather are 9% ,7% and 4% ,1% respectively. The detection rate and fraction de- fective in insole leather are higher than that in uppers. Based on the above results the cause of chromium( VI ) in uppers and insole leather were obtained as follows : dyeing and finishing could lower the chromium ( VI ) amount in leather and fatliquoring could in- crease the chromium( VI ) risk in leather. The related improvement measures were given.
