摘  要:目的估算介入放射工作人员常见介入手术过程中眼晶状体受照剂量水平。方法选取常见血管内介入手术(脑血管造影、冠状动脉造影+支架置入、肝动脉化疗栓塞术,下肢血管造影术),手术者进行前,将已经准备好的片型热释光剂量计置于术者手术帽边缘靠近左眼处,进行测量。结果术者在不同类型介入手术一次手术过程中眼晶状体所受剂量存在差异,剂量最高者是冠状动脉支架植入手术,第一术者为(40.38±42.40)μGy,第二术者为(63.73±61.72)μGy;在同一台介入手术中,第二术者眼晶状体剂量往往高于第一术者;同一类型介入手术中眼晶状体所受剂量大小与手术中曝光时间长短存在正相关关系,相关系数r=0.469,P<0.01。结论在介入手术中,术者眼晶状体受到一定剂量的照射,而介入工作人员防护铅眼镜的佩戴率很低,因此必须重视眼睛的防护,加强防护管理,尽可能的减少介入工作人员工作中照射剂量。Objective To estimate the Operators' Eye Lens dose in Common Interventional Operation. Methods Common interventional operations (Cerebral angiography, Coronary angiography,TACE, angiography of the Lower extremity). Was chosen before the surgery, put the prepared thermoluminescence dosimeter near the left edge of the surgeon' s surgical cap, and then we measure the dose. Results The eye lens dose is different in different types of operation, the highest is coronary stent implantation, the dose of the first performer is (40.38 ± 42.40) μGy, and the second one is ( 63.73 ± 61.72 ) μGy ; In one operation,the second performer's eye lens dose is always higher than the first one;In the same kind of operation,there is a positive linear correlation between eye lens dose and the exposure time with the correlation coefficient of r = 0. 469 ,P 〈 0.01. Conclusion The performer' eye lens receive a cevtain amount of dose of radiation in surgical intervention,but there is a low rate of wearing lead glasses, so we should pay more attention to eye protection, strengthen protection management, minimize the radiation exposure.
