摘　　要：目的对2013年泉州市完成的民营医院医用x射线诊断项目放射防护控制效果评价报告进行汇总分析,发现存在的问题和不足,探讨解决的方法和对策。方法通过现场卫生学调查、放射防护检测,依据国家放射卫生相关的法律、法规和标准等方法,将2013年完成的民营医院医用X射线诊断建设项目放射防护控制效果评价报告存在的问题进行综合分析。结果 2013年共完成23家民营医院25个医用X射线诊断建设项目放射防护控制效果评价报告。这25个医用X射线诊断建设项目放射防护控制效果评价报告中,项目评价内容较好的方面为屏蔽墙体,合格率100%;其次为项目选址、布局分区、机房面积及通风、工作指示灯、教育培训,合格率均在80%以上;其他防护措施缺陷率较高,合格率较低。结论泉州市民营医院放射防护工作总体较好,但仍存在一些不足。Objective To analyze evaluation situations of occupation hazard control effectiveness of 25 radiodiaguosis and radiotherapy construction projects of private hospital in Quanzhou city in 2013, find the existed problems and defects, explore the solutions and strategies which could provide a scientific basis for radiation protection management. Methods Through survey on the spot hygienics, Radiological protection detection, and according to the national radiological methods of the relevant laws, regulations and standards, analysis of reports of Control effect of occupational hazards in 25 construction projects of radiodiagnosis and radiotherapy of private hospital completed in 2013. Results 25 reports had been Completed in 2013. Among these 25 reports, the best was Radiological protection detection, the percent of pass was 100% ; Followed by project site selection, layout, room area and ventilation, work lights, education training, pass rate was more than 80% ; Other protective measures had more defects and the qualified rate is low. Conclusion Private hospital on radiological protection work in Quanzhou city overall is good, but there are also some deficiencies.
