摘　　要：目的:建立北败酱(苣荬菜)药材的质量标准。方法:对北败酱(苣荬菜)药材生药学进行研究,建立TLC定性鉴别及HPLC定量分析。结果:北败酱(苣荬菜)药材显微特征明显,薄层鉴别斑点显色清晰,对10批北败酱(苣荬菜)药材所含绿原酸进行了定量研究。结论:通过实验研究制定了北败酱(苣荬菜)药材的质量控制标准。Objective：To establish the quality standard for Sonchus brachyotus DC.Methods：The pharmacognosy of Sonchus brachyotus DC.were studied,and the qualitative identification by TLC and the quantitative analysis by HPLC were established.Results：The microscopic characteristics of Sonchus brachyotus DC.were obvious.The TLC spots were clear with high resolution,and the quantitative research of chlorogenic acid in 10 batches of Sonchus brachyotus DC.was performed by HPLC.Conclusion：The quality control standard for Sonchus brachyotus DC.is established through the experimental studies.
