摘 要:随着电力系统智能化的程度加深,接入电网中的电力电子等测量仪器也随之增多,而这些电力电子设备的非线性特征也给电力系统网络带来了较大的谐波,导致电力系统中的谐波含量急剧增多。电力系统谐波不仅影响电网的安全稳定运行,而且对用户的电能计量也产生较大的影响。本文根据电能计量原理,详细分析了电力系统谐波对电能计量的影响,并引入赏罚因子,提出了一种更加合理、公平、公正的电能计量改进方法,最后利用电力系统仿真模型进一步验证该方法的可靠性。With the deepening of the power system intelligence, the power electronics and other measurement instruments in the power system also increase. The nonlinear characteristic of power electronic equipment also brings the large harmonic to power system network, and increases sharply the harmonic content of power system. The power system harmonics not only affect the safe and stable operation of the network, but also have a greater impact on electric energy measurement of user. According to the electric energy metering principle, the paper analyzes the influence of power system harmonics to electric energy measurement in detail, and proposes a more reasonable, fair and candid electric energy metering improvement method, and further verifies the reliability of the method by the power system simulation model.
