摘　　要：本文以东北严寒地区村镇住宅的外墙节能技术为研究对象,以五大连池龙泉村节能示范住宅为例,分析、总结适宜村镇住宅的外墙节能技术。首先基于对五大连池龙泉村的实地调研,归纳该地区农宅墙体的结构材料、构造使用的现状及特点,并根据我国目前在建材使用及建筑节能等方面的政策要求,分析东北地区村镇住宅外墙体的节能技术类型,最后通过性价比的对比分析以及软件模拟寻求适宜该地区的外墙节能技术。This paper took Wudalianchi Longquan village＇s energy-saving houses as an example to research the energy-saving technologies of external walls in northeast cold regions in order to seek out suitable facades. Firstly, this paper conducted a field research in Longquan Village of Wudalianchi to understand the current situation and characteristics of the house＇s external walls＇ materials and construction. Secondly, according to our current policy requirements for building materials and the architecture energy conservation, this paper studied the energy-saving external wall of Rural House in Northeast China. Finally, appropriate energy-saving technologies will be got by the comparative analysis of the cost performance and the software simulation.
