摘　　要：银监会、发改委印发《关于银行业支持重点领域重大工程建设的指导意见》,要求银行业做好重大工程项目建设金融服务。然而,PPP要想真正在我国开花结果,推动公用事业效率和质量上的提升,尚面临诸多问题和挑战。而商业银行也将面对项目参与方式和风险应对上的变化。Investment banking is one of the important business of modem commercial bank.With financial globalization,the impact of the financial crisis is larger than before,so that the investment banking business of commercial Banks is faced with crisis and challenge.This paper examines the rise and fall of European commercial bank investment banking history and background,in order to bring some inspiration to the Chinese commercial Banks to develop investment banking.
