摘　　要：中国经济增长持续下行的主要原因是投资边际产出率持续下降,投资产出效率的下降又缘于投融资效率的持续下降,因此需求侧的宏观总需求管理政策用以提高投资率及投资杠杆率来拉动经济增长皆非对症下药。China's economic growth is mainly due to continued downward marginal productivity of investment,but the decrease of investment and output efficiency is due to declining investment and financing efficiency.Therefore the macroscopic aggregate demand management policies is not suit the remedy to the case by improving the demand side of investment and investment leverage.We should focus on the supply-side reforms to improve the efficiency of investment and financing of the real economy and the financial system.
