摘　　要：首先从价值构成、生成环境、空间格局、街巷肌理4方面阐释山地型历史文化街区的特征,并从空间格局、空间肌理、保护范围、建筑高度4方面提炼适应于山地型历史文化街区保护规划的保护措施,然后以重庆湖广会馆及东水门历史街区保护规划为例,详细阐述将这些措施运用于保护规划实践的具体过程。This paper elaborates the fundamental elements consisting of historic districts in four regards： constitutive values, historical environment, spatial arrangement and the texture of alleys and roads, based on which it suggests measures appropriate for preservation planning adaptive to historic districts in hilly areas. The paper studies the process of the application of these measures in the Huguang Guild Hall and Dongshuimen Historic District in Chongqing.
