大型综合医院门急诊楼竖向交通系统设计策略初探

摘　　要：通过对北京、上海、重庆、武汉等地大量样本的实地调研,借鉴相关学科的研究方法,从数量配置和设计布局等方面归纳出了基于我国国情的大型综合医院门急诊楼竖向交通系统设计策略。同时给出了大型综合医院门急诊楼竖向交通系统各组成部分的数量速查表,为门急诊楼建筑设计提供了理性依据。Based on intensive field surveys of large general hospitals in cities including Beijing,Shanghai,Chongqing,Wuhan,etc.and research methods of related disciplines,this paper proposes the design strategy for vertical circulation of the outpatient building in general hospitals in terms of quantity and layout of staircases according to Chinese conditions.It also provides a cheat sheet of the quantity for each part of vertical traffic system as a useful and rational reference to the design of outpatient buildings.
