摘  要:层流冷却水直接喷射到热轧带钢表面,对带钢的表面质量有较大影响。通过对标,武钢某热轧厂层流冷却水Cl-浓度、pH值均偏高。本文实验研究了层流冷却水Cl-浓度、pH值等对热轧带钢表面质量、氧化铁皮结构和厚度以及室温存放的影响。提出了冷却水Cl-浓度应控制在100mg/L之内、pH值应控制为7.0~8.0,这样能够有效地降低带钢表面的腐蚀速率,减少带钢表面缺陷。The laminar cooling water is directly sprayed on the surface of hot rolled strip, which has a great influence on the sur- face quality of the strip. The benchrnarking showed that the C1 concentration and pH value of laminar cooling water were high in a hot rolling mill in Wuhan Iron and steel Co. In this paper, the effects of C1 concentrotion and pH value of laminar cooling water on the surface quality of hot rolled strip, the structure and thickness of the oxide scale and the storage of room temperature were studied. It was proposed that the C1- concentration in the cooling water should be controlled within 100 m4g/L, and the pH value should be controlled to 7. 0--8. 0, which can effectively reduce the corrosion rate of the steel strip surface and reduce the surface defects of the strip.
