摘　　要：镀锡翻卷机组的功能是将包装完毕的镀锡成品钢卷由卧卷翻转为立卷并在钢卷底部增加木托架,便于后续运输及储存。本文介绍了该机组的设备组成和工作原理,给出了优化的上卷模型,并以翻卷液压缸为对象分析了其工作过程及背压现象,最后简明阐述了立卷输送辊道及空心辊的技术经济性。The function of coil tilter unit for tinplate is turning the horizontal-coil to uprighvcoil and setting wooden bracket at the bottom of uprighvcoil for transporting and storing. The equipment compose and working principle of the unit were introduced, the optimization of coil-going up model was given, and the working process and the phenomena of back-pressure of turn-over hy- draulic cylinder were analyzed. At last, the technology and economy of rolle^team of upright-coil and hollow-roll were de- scribed.
