摘 要:针对ML20MnTiB冷镦钢线材硬度偏高的问题,通过分析其化学成分与轧制工艺,得出Ti和Mn含量过高、轧制工艺不合理是主要原因,采取降低Ti和Mn含量、降低轧后冷却速率的措施后,ML20MnTiB冷镦钢线材的力学性能满足了用户的使用要求。To solve the problem of excessive hardness of ML20MnTiB cold-heading wire rod, the chemical composition of this steel and rolling process were analyzed. The results showed that excessive Ti and Mn content and unreasonable rolling process were the main reasons. Therefore, the Ti and Mn contents were reduced accordingly, and the cooling rate after rolling was ad- justed. At last, the mechanical property of ML20MnTiB cold-heading wire rod met the customer demand.
