我国空运医疗后送护理技术体系研究

摘　　要：目的初步构建一套较为科学、全面、客观及可操作的我国空运后送护理技术体系,为后续我国航空护理人才培养和考核提供理论依据和科学参考。方法采用文献分析、专家访谈、德尔菲法、层次分析法对不同领域16名专家进行两轮函询。应用Excel 2010和SPSS16.0软件对数据进行分析。结果在两轮问卷中,专家的积极系数分别为100%、94%,专家的权威系数程度均在0.87以上,所有肯德尔协调系数差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。最终确立了包含4个一级指标、29个二级指标、169个三级指标的我国空运后送护理技术体系。结论通过借鉴西方发达国家航空护理技术理论大纲和培训考核标准,结合我国空运后送发展的实际需要,初步构建的我国空运医疗后送护理技术体系具有较高的科学性和实用性,可为进一步航空护理专业化发展和航空护理人才培养提供参考和理论依据。Objective To preliminary establish a scientific,comprehensive,objective and actionable of air evacuation nursing technical system,it can provide a theoretical basis and scientific reference for the subsequent aviation nursing personnel training and assessment. Method Application of the literature analysis,experts interviews,Delphi,analytic hierarchy process（APH）,16 experts who were skil ed in different areas get two rounds of enquiry. The data were analyzed by Excel 2010 and SPSS16.0 software. Result In the two rounds of questionnaire, the positive coefficient of experts were 100%, 94%, and the authority coefficient of experts was 0.87, all of which had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Finally it established technology system of air evacuation nursing in China including 4 first-level indicators,29 secondary indicators, 169 three-level indicators. Conclusion By drawing both on the aviation technology nursing theory syllabus and training assessment standards of western developed countries, and combined with the actual needs of Chinese air transportation development, preliminary nursing technology system of air medical evacuation in China has high scientific and practical,which can provide reference and theoretical basis for the further air nursing professional development and aviation nursing personnel training.
