摘　　要：中国援塞医疗队在塞拉利昂首都弗里敦建立的埃博拉留观治疗中心，对收治的留观患者实行分类管理的医学处置策略，实现了在确保无医院内、无医务人员感染前提下，对患者有效的诊治，为处置烈性传染病积累了宝贵的经验。A medical-oriented strategic classification plan to those suspected Ebola patients was adopted at the observation/treatment center in Freetown, capital of the country, which was sponsored by China. The plan was realized to provide the effective treatment to the patients under the premise of no cross-infection in the hospital and no infection of the medical personnel. The experience obtained is considered being precious for us to handle highly infectious diseases.
