摘　　要：介绍了大型医疗设备或系统电磁兼容现场测试项目。结合GB 4824和YY 0505要求,阐述了医疗设备辐射发射时环境噪声的影响、测试距离的确定、天线的选取与布置、试验位置的选择以及EUT工作模式的选择。最后对辐射抗扰度现场测试方法进行了分析。For large medical equipment or system, the EMC（Electromagnetic compatibility） on-site test items and the attentions for each test item are introduced. By analyzing the requirements of GB 4824 and YY 0505, the on-site test methods of electromagnetic radiation test and radiated, radio-frequency, electromagnetic field immunity test are elaborated in details.
