摘　　要：目的 ：总结近15年来针灸治疗荨麻疹的选穴规律。方法 ：通过检索中国知网（CNKI）2000~2015年有关针灸治疗荨麻疹的相关文献,对其中的选穴、配穴以及归经进行了统计、归纳和分析,并对其中规律进行总结和讨论。结果：共涉及14条经脉以及1个奇穴,每条经脉的选穴比例以大肠经最高,其次为任脉、脾经、膀胱经;涉及主穴35个,配穴20个,主穴使用频次前5位为曲池、血海、足三里、三阴交、合谷,配穴使用频次前5位为足三里、合谷、曲池、大椎、三阴交,主配穴总频次前5位为曲池、血海、足三里、三阴交、合谷。结论：手阳明大肠经和足太阴脾经为最常选用经络,曲池穴与血海穴为使用频次最高的腧穴,临床一般遵循辨证取穴、循经取穴及使用特定穴。Objective：To summarize and analyze the laws of acupoints selection in the acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of urticaria. Method：Research papers from year 2000 to 2015 on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for urticaria were searched from CNKI database,and the acupoints selection,combination, and channels were analyzed. Result：There were 14 meridians and 1 extra-point involved,and the acupoints from the large intestine meridian were chosen with the highest frequency,followed by acupoints from ren vessel,spleen meridian and bladder meridian;there were 35 major acupoints and 20 assistance acupoints involved;the major acupoints with high frequency were LI 11,SP 10,ST 36,SP 6 and LI 4;the assistant acupoints with high frequency were ST 36,LI 4,LI 11,GV 14 and SP 10;the major and assistant acupoints with high frequency were LI 11,SP 10,ST 36,SP 6 and LI 4. Conclusion：Large intestine meridian and spleen meridian are the most commonly used meridians,and LI 11 and SP 10 are the most commonly used acupoints. The principles for acupoints selection usually are based on syndrome differentiation,meridian selection and the specific points.
