金保方辨治血精症经验

摘　　要：血精症是男科临床最常见的症状之一,中医药在辨治血精症上有其独特优势,金保方提出凉血止血、滋阴降火是治血精之标,清热化湿是治血精之变,补肾固冲是治血精之本,同时根据标本缓急灵活运用理血、清源、固本三法,收效甚好。预防调护方面,强调定期排精的重要性。Hemospermia is one of the most common diseases in andrology,traditional Chinese medicine has its unique advantages in the treatment of hemospermia. JIN Baofang used the method cooling blood and stop bleeding,and nourishing Yin and purging fire to treat disease branch,the method clearing heat and resolving dampness to treat disease variation,and the method tonifying kidney and consolidate thoroughfare vessel to treat disease root. Based on the principle of acute branch and chronic root,methods of regulating blood, clearing source and consolidating root should be applied flexibly to obtain a satisfactory effect. Besides, sperm emission is of great importance for the disease prevention and care.
