三维腔镜全乳晕入路甲状腺切除术后患者生活质量及美容满意度的分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨三维腔镜全乳晕入路甲状腺切除术后患者生活质量及对美容满意度的分析。方法:为53例女性甲状腺手术患者分别行三维腔镜下全乳晕入路(观察组,n=28)与常规开放入路(对照组,n=25)甲状腺切除术,观察两组手术时间、术后并发症、生活质量及美容满意度。结果:观察组患者均完成预定术式,手术时间长于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者术后并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组术后生活质量及美容满意度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:三维腔镜全乳晕入路甲状腺手术美容效果明显,术后生活质量提高,掌握手术适应证、具备良好的腔镜手术技巧是保证手术成功的关键。Objective：To investigate the patient＇s quality of life and beauty satisfaction after 3D endoscopic thyroidectomy in areola approach.Methods：In 53 female patients,28 patients underwent 3D endoscopic thyroidectomy in areola approach（ observation group） and 25 patients received conventional open thyroidectomy（ control group）.The operation time,postoperative complications,quality of life and beauty satisfaction of the two groups had been observed.Results：All patients of observation group completed scheduled operations,the average operation time was longer than the control group（ P 〈0.05）,postoperative complication rates of two groups were not obviously different（ P〉 0.05）,quality of life and beauty satisfaction of observation group were obviously better than those of control group（ P 〈0.05）.Conclusions：3D endoscopic thyroidectomy in areola approach has obviously cosmetic effect,this method can improve postoperative life quality,supervision of the operation indications and mastery of endoscopic surgical skills are the key points to ensure successful operation.
