摘　　要：目的:探究白细胞介素-10(IL-10)基因多态性与子宫内膜异位症(EMs)易感性的相关性。方法:选取87例经病理组织学证实为EMs患者,对照组为100例健康女性,应用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)分析方法,对两组妇女IL-10-1082、-819和-592位点的基因行多态性分析。结果:与对照组相比,EMs组-1082G/A位点等位基因及基因频率无差异(P>0.05),-819 T/C和-592A/C位点等位基因或基因型频率较高(P<0.05);与Ⅰ-Ⅱ期EMs患者相比,Ⅲ-Ⅳ期EMs患者-819T/C和-592A/C位点等位基因或基因型频率显著较高(P<0.01)。结论:IL-10基因在-819T/C以及-592A/C位点的多态性与EMs的易感性有显著相关性。Objective： To investigate the correlation of IL-10 gene polymorphism with the susceptibility of endometriosis（EMs）. Methods： 87 cases of female patients with EMs confirmed by histopathology were selected as the EMs group and 100 healthy women were selected as the control group. The gene polymorphism of IL-10, -1082, -819 and -592 were analyzed by PCR-RFLP. Rosttlts： No significant difference was found in the -1082G/A alleles and gene frequency between two groups （P〉0.05）, the -819 T/C and -592A/c al- leles or genotype frequency were higher in the EMs group than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. Compared with I - II phase EMs pa- tients, the -819T/C and -592A/C locus allele or genotype frequency oflII-lV phase EMs patients were higher （P〈0.01）. Conclusions： The polymorphisms oflL-10 gene in - 819T/C and - 592A/C loci were closely correlated with the susceptibility of endometriosis.
