摘　　要：英国穆斯林群体作为英国第一大少数族裔,在英国相对开放的多元文化模式中,一直积极致力于政治参与活动来维护自身利益。出于宗教信仰和文化认同的原因,英国穆斯林群体对于伊斯兰国家集中的中东地区极为关注,并试图通过政治参与来影响英国政府处理中东地区事务的政策。在英国社会的政治环境中,穆斯林群体政治参与的方式涉及政党政治、选举政治、社团政治、媒体政治等多种形式,对中东问题的关注主要集中于巴以冲突、伊拉克战争、穆斯林朝觐等不同方面。多年来,英国穆斯林群体的政治参与丰富了这一概念的内涵,并取得了一定成效。As the largest ethnic minority in Britain,the British Muslim group has been devoted to political activities to maintain its self-interest in the relatively open multi-cultural political environment in Britain.Due to religious belief and cultural identification,British Muslims always pay close attention to the Middle East region,which consists mainly of Islam nations,and try to affect the British government policy towards the Middle East through various forms of political participation.In the British political environment,the British Muslim group makes full use of party politics,election politics,organization politics and media politics and concentrates on the Middle East affairs such as Israeli-Palestinian conflicts,the Iraq war and Muslim hajj.In the past years,the British Muslim group＇s political participation has enriched the meaning of the concept of political participation and obtained some results.
